My son is 7 yrs. 2 days back his friend pushed him from the slide and he fell down. Since then he is complaining about dizziness every 3-4 hours, which lasts for 5 to 10 mins. His rest of the activities are completely normal. What should I do? Is there anything serious?

Dizziness is quite common even after minor head injury. Adequate rest and plenty of oral fluids will be beneficial. The baby looks absolutely fine and there is no cause for concern. If you notice any of the signs , consult Pediatrician/Pediatric Surgeon at earliest
1. Excessive crying or excessive sleeping 2. Abnormal movements of the body which could be convulsion 3. Persistent Vomiting: 1 or 2 episode of vomiting is quite common in Pediatric Head injury and is not cause for concern. 4. Loss of consciousness
