What Causes Dizziness After An Ear Injury?

My son got hit behind the ear with a large stick. He s feeling dizzy but not sick to his stomach, and he doesn t have a headache. This happened about six hours ago, he s been laying low on the couch. (He has had three concussions in the past. He is 15 years old.)

it's common to feel. dizziness after minor head injury.. it may be due to many reasons..like labrithine concussion, nerve injury etc... but no need to worry... dizziness if resolves within few hours to few days... no need of treatment required
