HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, with history of hypertension if this is the symptom of dizziness then it is advisable to get done the CT brain just to ruled out the low blood supply in brain area because later on it could turn into ischemia, beside this dizziness could be due to labyrinthitis, and it can be managed with Betahistine it just on tentative basis, hypoglycemia may be the cause too, I would advise to rule out the hypoglycemia, because as per your say it is happening in the morning only, it does not seems to be major illness, hope this information helps.
