What Causes Dizziness After Exposure To Heat And Nausea?

When I'm outside in the heat or even inside or if ive taken a hot shower I will often afterward get dizzy, lightheaded and i have to gripe onto something to keep myself steady, sometimes sweat, I start feeling really sick to my stomach like I'm going to throw up but never do and once after this I have fainted. Why does this happen?

HI
Well come to HCM
Appreciate your query, you must be having the symptoms of dizziness but it happens when you take the shower is something unlikely, allergic condition some time manifest at the time shower but that may not cause the dizziness.
If the symptoms is happening every time at the time of shower then it may be functional condition and may not be due to illness, if this is not happening at the time of shower then it could be due to hypoglycemia, vestibular dysfunction, cerebral pathologies all of these needs differentiation.
It may be due to digestive dysfunction, you have not mentioned the age and gender because the given symptoms needs to be correlated with this.
hope this information helps.
