What Causes Dizziness After Sex And Masturbation?

Hi there , I am a 40 year old slim & active male . Since last three months I feel dizziness after sex or even masturbation . I am not been able to sleep the night following the sexual activity or masturbation every time . Feels dizzy & sometimes choking sensation along with gas trouble while sleeping .It stays for 3 -4 hours before i could sleep.It does not happen on any other time .I do exercise two to three time s a week for 30 to 4o mins. Some times feel blocked ears while exercising .I have been diagnosed for high cholesterol last couple of years but not taking any medication at the moment & have dome some lifestyle changes . Please advice .

Some level of dizziness after sex or masturbation is normal.

Have to see if level of dizziness is too much than you should concern doctor for more help.

as per my knowledge it cant be due to high cholesterol but right information could be give after total check up.
