What Causes Dizziness Along With Pain And Swelling In The Feet?

A friend, female 23 yrs old is experiencing dizziness at times, tired a lot, her toenails are looking like they are dying, her feet are swollen and has had a callus on the bottom of her foot or a planters wart but never had it taken care of. She can barely put weight on her feet now they throb and hurt so bad. Any ideas?

Hello,

Dizziness and pain and swelling may be due to cardiac failure or anaemia or pedal oedema with BPPV etc. She also may be having corns on foot with fungal infection of nails.

Apply clotrimazole cream locally for 2-3 months. Use tablet Fluconazole once a week for 6-12weeks. Get it surgery for plantar corns. If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
