What Causes Dizziness Along With Sleepiness And Brain Fog?

Hi, For several days now, I am feeling dizzy, very, very sleepy and foggy brained, I can t put two and two together. I have made a point of drinking water to make sure I am hydrated and today took a Sudafed and children s Allegra thinking that it might be a sinus thing. II d say this has been going on since last Saturday. Thank you for your help.

Hello,

Allegra contain anti histamine which may cause sedation and foggy mind. Other possibilities like sinusitis or pharygitis or insomnia or narcolepsy or restlessness leg syndrome etc. Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. Use water vapor inhalation and salt water gargling thrice a day for five days. you may try green tea which may help your symptoms.If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
