What Causes Dizziness Along With Stiffness Neck?

I got motion sickness 3 weeks ago riding my dirt bike. Eversince them ive been light headed and have a stiff neck. Sometome dizy. Also have a vibration feeling throught whole body. My eyes where bad and just staarted wearin glassed seemed to help light headedness. Also head feels like a bobblehead and pressure which makes anxiety kick in

Good afternoon. Thanks for the query. I understand your concern about your situation. You have dizziness since riding dirt bike. Associated with neck pain. Most probably its due to muscle spasm. I would suggest you should
1) Take rest. use low height pillow
2) take anti inflammatory like naproxen for 4-5 days
3) Take betahistine for lightheadedness. for one week. You have history of motion sickness in the beginning of this condition. Betahistine will help you in regulating your vestibular system.
I would like to review you after one week. If still you are having same symptoms ,I will further evaluate you in respect with ear( vestibular system) and imaging studies.
