Headache, swaying or vertigo and tinnitus may poddible with cerebellar infract or posterior circulation TIA or age related labyrinthine degeneration or BPPV or hypotension with giddiness or anemia etc. Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. Use tab.diligon 25mg twice a day for five days. If symptoms not improved please consult your neurophysician he will do MRI brain and treat her accordingly.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
