I safer from HB MANY year .i take in the morning diovan 320 and atelonol 50,and in evening diltiazem 240 and atelonol 50 my BP stay 140 over 80 puls 60 ,but I am lightheaded and my vision blurry I tray to take all pills separate now my blood presure 175 over 90 wha should do I

You didn't mention your age because that is important . Now your blood pressure is 175/90 mm of Hg . At this point , high blood pressure along with lightheaded and blurred vision is concerning. You need to investigated with E K G and echocardiogram to isolate the case . I would recommend you to visit a CARDIOLOGIST at the earliest and sort out this problem.
