Hello! I'm a 21 year old girl. This afternoon, I felt a sudden stomach pain and i felt i couldn't move also. In just a while, I felt dizzy and eyes blurred out and totally weeek! I somehow managed to stay conscious.
I walked out to the open and drank some water and I felt better. What was this? Kindly assist. PLease.

Hi
I am Dr Mittal.
I have read your message.
I think I can help you.
The symptoms are highly suggestive of a possible presyncope attack.
I suggest that you test a EKG (Holter test if needed thereafter), FBS, PPBS and TSH.
Meanwhile take plenty of fluids.
Do not get up to a standing position suddenly from lying down or sitting position.
Wear tight stockings.
Avoid driving/swimming (and any activity that can become dangerous if you develop a syncope) as far as possible.
Do let me know the reports.
Best of luck, Dr Mittal
