A combination of anticoagulant (warfarin) and anti-platelet drug (aspirin) can make a patient prone to upper GI bleeding.Check your Hemoglobin level and stool for occult blood to exclude minor repeated GI bleed. Your passing out off & on might be due to anemia. If possible hold aspirin on consulting treating doctor.
