What Causes Dizziness And Confusion?

i feel dizzy and foggy and confused and haven't had my period in 2 months. i took a pregnancy test and it said negative. some days i feel the need to pee almost every 5mins even if nothing comes out. other days its perfectly ok. i have period cramping and head aches. i feel fat weak

Hi,

Thank you for posting your query.

I have noted your complaints and they seem to be related to gynecological issues.

If you have not had periods for two months, and you are not pregnant, there could be underlying hormonal imbalances. You need to consult a gynecologist to exclude problems such as polycystic ovary disease.

Also, in view of frequent ruination, we need to exclude an urinary tract infection. This can be done by doing an urine examination test.
