What Causes Dizziness And High Blood Pressure After Getting Hit On Head?

My mom hit her head on a hard surface lastnight and she got a big bump on her head. She stayed up for a couple of hours after she hit her head. When she woke up this morning she felt really dizzy and her blood pressure went up. She had the CT scan and they didn t see anything wrong with her head but she s still pretty dizzy and her blood pressure doesn t go down..please help

This could be due to concussion injury. It may manifest in CT after the few days. Repeat CT needs to be done.
