What Causes Dizziness And Light Headed After Passing Bowels?

over the past few months, i have often felt very light headed and dizzy after going to the toilet, passing solids. i wonder if it has something to do with lower energy levels or will it be something more to be concerned about? it can last at least an hour or more and really effects my day and job.
