What Causes Dizziness And Loss Of Memory After Falling Down?

My husband ate a sandwich around 1030-11pm last night and began to experience upset stomach. He says he feels like he wants to vomit and poop but could not do so. At 130am, on his way to the bathroom, he got dizzy and I just heard a thud and he was passed out on the floor. He also hit his head on the wall when he fell which cause a flesh wound and some bleeding. Immediately afterward he vomited and he pooped. When I checked on him he said he doesn't remember going to the bathroom and fainting. I've been checking on him every 2 hours just to make sure he's okay. Should I get him to see a doctor?

Hi

Yes he needs medical evaluation for this

This may have been what's known as a vasovagal episode but it could have been a threatened stroke and he also needs to be checked for a possible concussion
