What Causes Dizziness And Nausea After Fever?

Today is four and a half days I have had a fever it is now staying around 100- 101..I just feel dizzy and nauseous..I went to the ER on thursday night and they said at that time the blood work looked ok it could be a bug of some kind...I really don't know could you give me some input

I really appreciate your concern, the most common cause of the symptoms of dizzy feel and nausea could be viral fever and it will take some time to come around, if this is the febrile condition is there too then it is the viral fever, have complete bed rest and it will be fine soon hope this information helps.
