General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

Noted the history and understood the concerns.

The most probable cause of feeling sick, nauseated and dizziness if you get early in the morning is there is incomplete rest to the body and mind.
You may be sleeping late and the disturbance in the sleep cycle causes these symptoms.
By 9 am your sleep is complete hence you are fresh without any symptoms.
I would advise you the following in such a situation:
Sleep early, calculate how much sleep is needed for you and thus get complete sleep.
Ultimately it is important to do the things that you are comfortable with.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. T Chandrakant,
General Surgeon
