What Causes Dizziness And Nausea Post A Vasectomy?

It s been 10 days since my vasectomy and I still get dizzy and nauseous when I walk around too much. Is this a sign of something not healing? And also I developed a yeast infection in my scrotum. Went to doc today and got medication for that and was given something for anxiety because I can t stop thinking about something being wrong. I ve never felt like this in my life. First episode was hours after surgery. Then after 3 days I went to work and it happened again. I took that day off and the next day and then went back to work. It s happe 3-4 more times since when I walk for more than a couple hundred feet. Even just going to the grocery store triggers this to happen.
