What Causes Dizziness And Nausea While On Pain Medication?

Hello, I was taking pain medicine, XTAMPZA and I was taking 1 capsule everyday. I could not understand why I still had pain. I realized last week why I had so many pills because I am suppose to take 1 every 12 hrs. not just one a day for 24 hrs So last week I started taking 2 and pain was at bay, not much at all,great. Well yesterday and today around same time, 3:30PM 4:00PM dizzy, nausa, possible vomiting feeling. Is this due to the medicine?

If the pain is in control then you can reduce the dose or add Metoclopramide as an Antiemetic to this regimen in consultation with your doctor.
