Hi,

I really appreciate your concern, two possibilities are there one is orthostatic hypotension, and second is hypoglycemia, beside this it could be due to vestibular dysfunction, viral infection, in short underlying cause matters the great. If this is due to orthostatic hypotension then it does not needs any treatment just have rest drink bit of liquid or water, if this symptoms last more than couple days then it can be vestibular dysfunction and it can be given try with Tab Betahistine 8 mg three times in day.

Hope this information helps. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Akhtarhusain Shaikh
