What Causes Dizziness And Shaking?

my child who is 9 has been complaining of dizziness and shaking. not at the same time and not all the time just now and then. in the grocery store last week he had complained of dizziness and then about ten minutes later in one aisle over he stumbled and fell. when i came around corner he was embarrassed and said "I told you i was dizzy". This morning he is complaining of being shaky. it is not to get out of school because he is dressed and wiating to go and did not ask to stay home. what could this be?

Your kid is probably suffering from an infection.Most commonly, such symptoms are caused by a urine infection,and can be treated with antibiotics and other supportive measures for a few days. Your doctor will guide you.You may be asked for investigations like blood and urine tests.
Meanwhile, take some rest, take a light diet, drink enough fluids.
