What Causes Dizziness And Stiffness In The Hands After Exposure To Heat?
I was working out in the heat 32 degrees and I had not eaten before working out. I became very dizzy and both of my hands from the middle of my lower arms to my fingers and my both of my feet up to mid calf and my lips and mouth were stiff. Was I just suffering from over heat exhaustion?

You might be suffering from electrolyte imbalance. Try hydrating yourself and also keep a track of electrolytes that you are loosing because of heat.
