hi doctor,on 10th October we had unprotected sex and within 3hrs I took unwanted-72.....after taking the pill I m feeling bit dizzy n light stomact ache..my previous period date was 15th september.....so am I safe from unwanted pregnancy??? plz reply fast.....I m really very tensed

Emergency contraceptive pill (levonergestrol) are very effective when taken within 72 hours and so the chances of unwanted pregnancy is very less...
