What Causes Dizziness And Sweating After A Head Injury?

My GF hit her head pretty rough yesterday afternoon (1:30pm). She was alright all day, but before bed (12:00am) she felt sick and wanted to throw up but couldn t. Anyway, thunder woke us up at 5:00am. Her symptoms got worse. She felt super dizzy and was sticky all over with sweat. Her body was roasting hot and face really cold. Now it s 11am and she s just very dizzy. She s been dieting a lot and didn t eat much yesterday. We have glucose powder for similar times when she feels dizzy and faint but it s worse than usual and she s reluctant to take it because she fears it s because she hit her head. What could it be, doc?

HI
Well come to HCM
Head injury need to be kept under the observation for 48 hours because any thing could happen during this time period, here the given symptoms are suggestive of cerebral edema and to rule out this CT brain is advisable, fracture part also matters here, hope this helps.
