What Causes Dizziness And Tiredness Along With Pain On Right Side?

A few months ago I experienced pains in my right side and the doctor diagnosed me with IBS which flared up with stress. I am now not under any stress but I have been experiencing dizziness. I am extremely tired and today the uncomfortable pain has returned in my right side. Most mornings or around lunch time I feel nauseated but never actually vomit. What could this be ?

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted your history of pain on right side of abdomen and the Doctor told you the diagnosis of IBS, not under stress now but experiencing dizziness, tired with uncomfortable pain, there is nausea too.
This can be due to appendicitis, colitis, typhlitis or lymph node problems.
I would advise you the following:
Tests of stool, blood and urine.
Ultrasonography followed by CT scan is usually diagnostic and along with clinical evaluation can give you the best diagnosis and a plan for treatment which can be medical or surgical and follow as per the advise of your Doctor.
I find this answer helpful
