What Causes Dizziness And Tremors In The Hands After Walking In The Sun?
Did not eat breakfast. Went for a long walk it was a hot morning. Came back home and wanted to mow the lawn. Then all of a sudden felt dizzy and lightheaded. It felt like my hands but we re shaking on the inside like there was a buzz in the them. I got out of the sun and sat for a while. Then mybstomach started to wretch. But since I had not eaten anything, I had nothing to throw up but water and phlegm

How old are you? Since when you're having above problems? It may be acute episode BPPV or hypoglycemia or minor stroke or TIA or Gastritis etc. Please take rest ,drink plenty of pottacium contain food , Check blood pressure, blood sugar. Use tablet Pantoprazole before breakfast for one week. if symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
