What Causes Dizziness, Blurring Vision, Nausea And Abdominal Pains?

Hi for the past couple of nights I have been experiencing severe dizziness that my vision sometimes goes blury and I get off balanced. As well I have been feeling very nauseous and getting some abdominal pains. Do you perhaps know what is the cause of it? Please assist. thank You
