Hello!

Welcome on Healthcaremagic!
I understand your concern and would explain that your symptoms are quite normal during pregnancy. They do not indicate any serious medical disorder. The nausea after eating could be related to abdominal distension or gastro-esophageal reflux. The headaches and dizziness could be explained with the low blood pressure, which is a common finding in pregnant women.
For this reason, I would recommend you to eat more frequently, in small portions and avoid large meals. It is also necessary to monitor your blood pressure values.

Hope you will find this answer helpful!
Best wishes, Dr. Aida
