What Causes Dizziness, Fatigue And Headaches At Night?

Why do I have dizziness at night, feelings of fatigue, head aches, sometimes numbness and just overall feel something is "off"? It is almost like clock work every evening around 6-30 and on. Feel hot like I am flushed and pressure in my head, nauseated and almost as if my blood pressure is high (which I do take meds for) but when I check bd it is normal. Almost as if symptoms of diabetes but have been checked for that as well.

Hi,

Tension headaches, which account for 80 per cent of all headaches, can strike in the late afternoon or evening and are commonly stress-related. While much more rare, a hypnic or “alarm clock” a headache is one that only occurs at night and causes sufferers to wake with pain.

So avoid caffeinated drinks and alcohol.

Do exercise, yoga and meditation regularly. Use tablet Naprosyn.

If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor, he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
