What Causes Dizziness, Nausesa And Headaches?

hello, ive been having debilitating symptoms for about 3 weeks now!! Off balance when i walk, dizzy, some nausea(comes and goes) body feels like its moving up and down in a bobbing sensation, lights bother eyes, headaches sometimes!! Went to ER yesterday and everything was fine they said!! I cant live like this any longer please help in finding out what this could be?
