What Causes Dizziness, Sweating And Pain In The Neck And Shoulder?

Hi, I am 62 years old, on hypertension and diabetic medication. Lately have been feeling dizzy and sweating a lot. Did have some pain at the back of my neck and shoulder. Glucose reading on empty stomach is rather low sometimes ( 5.0 ). Is this a sign of a heart problem?

Hello,
It could be your heart but could also be your medications. You need to see your doctor and see if they need to cut back on your hypertension or diabetes medicines. Low blood glucose or low blood pressure can cause the symptoms you describe.
