What Causes Dizziness, Syncope Feelings And Shaking During A Pregnancy?

Hello, just a few moments ago I experienced a weird moment but scary I m 3 months pregnant to by the way... Anyways so I got up and went to walk to the bathroom and all sudden I felt wicked dizzy like I was going to faint but I didnt I held on my counter and it wouldn t go away while that was happening it was like my brain shut down and I was shaking all over? It was freak and finally I snapped out of it. Do you know what it could be ? Please help.

Dizziness and lightheadedness are common and usually harmless during the pregnancy. Annoying and scary for sure, but usually not a sign anything is wrong. Talk it over with your provider: they may want you to see a cardiologist. If you ever completely lose consciousness, get to the Emergency Room. Good luck.
