What Causes Dizziness Upon Bending?

I have had dizziness when bending over since yesterday morning, but none before then. Approx 1 month ago my doctor changed my bp med, but my bp has been about 134/78. I also have had somewhat of a plugged ear with allergies for the past few weeks, and finished antibiotics for bronchitis 3 weeks ago.

Dizziness on bending forward may be due to BPPV or acute labyrinthitis or bronchitis or infection etc. Rarely posterior column lesions or ataxia etc. Avoid cool drinks and freeze water avoid smoking and caffeine drinks. Use water vapor inhalation and salt water gargling thrice a day for five days. Use tablet Vertin thrice a day for five days. If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
