What Causes Dizziness , Vomiting , Nausea And Itchiness All Over The Body?

Hi, My symptoms started 24hr ago. Nausia, vomiting, unable to focus or concentrate, dizyness, unsteady when walking/standing. If I fall asleep I repeatley wake up startled by a nightmare, has never happened before. Itching all over body but no rash. Swollen toung and blister runing linier down both sides to tip for past two weeks ENT Dr. not sure what was couse I am taking maloxicam and lipotor and vitamin d and E. Thank you

I would suggest to get the liver function test done. Flatulent dyspepsia may also give rise to similar symptoms. If you are having bloating in gut, then take a prokinetic along with proton pump inhibitor. It would be better to get an ultrasound done to rule out any organic abnormality in the abdomen.
