What Causes Dizziness While Suffering From Meniere S Disease?

When I am lying down, I sometimes feel as though there is a slight earthquake going on, but then found out it was just me - I don’t appear to be actually shaking, just feel like it. I have been diagnosed with early stage Meniere’s, but have no idea if this is related.

vertigo,nausea,vomiting are the characteristic symptoms associated with the meniers disease... it can be managed with anti vertigo drugs like betahistine..
