What Causes Dizziness With Anxiety And Panic Attacks?

i Have bad anxiety and panic attacks, i just ate 4 peices of chocolate and i feel dizzy and im afraid im diabetic because im chunky, im a little nervous that i have diabetes. I got tested two months ago in the hospital for a panic attack, can i be diabetic that fast or within two months?

I went through your details. I suggest you not to worry much. Diabetics is a continuous medical condition, which can only be managed with the help of diet, exercise and if required, medicines. In your case, if you had consumed sugar rich food, the sugar level in your blood is bound to go up and produce symptoms of high blood sugar level. The complications of whih you should have been warned by your diabetician. Please consult him for further advise.

Panic attacks always happen due to underlying anxiety. Therefore you must address the underlying anxiety first. Please understand anxiety and related problems. Once you understand your anxiety, you will be able to keep yourself away from panic creating situations. Therapy always starts with avoiding such situations along with coping techniques when forced to be in such situations. Start slowly, progress gradually, attain neatly.
