Hi , Welcome to Hcm. Dizziness in your case is mostly related to sudden unnoticed drop in blood pressure frequently associated with your new antihypertensive medications. This is called "first dose hypotension". Beginning with lowest dose and then escalating the to desired effect can help to prevent this drug related dizziness. I suggest you monitor your blood pressure on a periodic basis to avoid hypotension. Maintain your BP between 110-140/60-90 mmhg.
Consult your cardiologist for further queries. thank you
