What Causes Dizziness With Increased Heart Beat?

hello I am 18 years and about 140 pounds and i have a question. I have been feeling bad during races (I run cross country) sore a lot and i woke up and felt dizzy, anxious rapid heart rate and was about to pass out today. My stomach has been hurting for a while but it went away, but its starting to come back. could i have iron deficency anemia?
