What Causes Dizziness With Memory Loss And Slurring Of Speech?

Good Day
I have a problem with dizziness if i look up or lie on my back. I fall off to sleep very quickly if i lie on my back and snor only when i am sleep on my back or head facing up.I also suffer from temporary memory loss and sluring in my speech.Please advice

I really appreciate your concern, as long as your history of dizziness is concern, I could say it could be due to vestibular dysfunction that is what the given history could be suggested, apart from this it could be due to some cerebral pathology, may be systemic disease playing the role, endocrine dysfunction, it could be age related may be hormone changes if this is the female patient, you can try Tab Betahistine 8 mg three times in day, your detail query that contains the basic information like age and gender will be highly appreciated hope this information helps.
