What Causes Dizziness With Nausea And Vomiting?
LAst night in bed I rolled and the room started spinning. I waited stood up and went down stairs to sit in a recliner. I felt nausea and through up. After throwing uo I felt better. Had a lot of post nasal drip. Went back to sleep at 1:45 am woke up at 6:10 for work feel ok but not great. Took two decongestany pills. I am 59years old, 5"3" 220 pounds

dear you may be suffering from acute rhinitis, with sinusitis.which may cause BPPV or vestibular neurinitis or labyrinthitis.which may cause dizziness and vomiting please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.take tablet vertin 16mg thrice a day for five days,tab.alday dc twice a day for five days.water vapour inhalation.i think I answered to your question if you have more questions feel free to ask.
