What Causes Dizziness,nausea And Vomiting?

I have had dizziness , nausea and vomiting at least twoi to thress times daily for the past week or so. I also have tingling of the jaw and pain in my lower back. At this point I am a little concerned because of the vomiting so much. Also I feel pressure on the back of my neck and head. What could this be?

Hi thanks for contacting HCM...

Here your physical examination is necessary to rule out cause....
First rule out labyrinthitis like ear causes by proper examination and test for ear along with CRP estimation....
If it is present antibiotic given....

Second if high fever associated then neck rigidity should be checked ....
This is to rule out meningitiditis like infection .If suspected then CSF examination necessary....

Third it could be viral infection...
Symptomatic management needed.
For vomitting take domperidone ...

Also try to rule out benign positional vertigo- BPPV by proper examination.
Central vertigo also need to be rule out...

If still no cause identifiable then CT scan done if needed to rule out organic cause ..

Health and balanced diet taken..
Take rest .

Consult physician for examination and accordingly investigation.
