What Causes Dizziness,nausea,fatigue,cold Sweats And Side Pain?

I have experienced more fatigue lately than normal and have been having side pain off and on. I will just all of a sudden get dizzy and nauseated. I also experience cold sweats at times. I was wondering if you would be able to give me a few answers to this.

Thanks for your query.
Noted the history of more fatigue lately, side pains off and on. Gets sudden dizziness and nausea, cold sweats some times.
The probable causes as per the short history you have provided are:
There can be an ENT infection causing such a problem.
General diseases like typhoid can cause this.
I would advise you the following in such a situation:
First of all get an opinion of your Doctor for clinical evaluation, examination and asking for investigations o the blood: CBC, culture and sensitivity, for diabetes, typhoid and as guided by clinical examination.
Further tests of X-ray of the chest, ultrasound of the whole abdomen, any special tests as per the findings.
Proper treatment as per the reports.
You may need a second opinion of an ENT Surgeon for further evaluation and management.
