What Causes Dizzy, Nausea, Cramping, Pink Discharge With Positive Pregnancy Test?

I recently took a pregnancy test and it was positive. I was only one day late. I was experiencing cramping. Now I am on my fifth day of a missed period and when I woke up I felt dizzy and nauseous. I went to the bathroom and i saw blood. It was a light pink color. Now its looks like im getting my period i am cramping and bleeding? Can i be pregnant; was I ever pregnant?

Dear member
Thanks for writing.
If pregnancy test is positive then you are pregnant.
If you are spotting and cramping then either you are having a miscarriage or a ectopic pregnancy. Ectopic pregnancy though less common is more dangerous.
You will need immediate ultrasound to check on the status of gestational sac.
Please write back with detailed reports of ultrasound if you have further questions
Thanks
