What Causes Dizzy Spell After Started Coq10 And Msm For Heart Problems?

I had a heart attack 10 years ago and have 2 heart valve stints and the doctor put me on 4 medicines. Recently I started taking my medicines every other day, and have been taking a coq10 and an msm tablet once a day. I ve noticed an occasional dizzy spell. Should I go back on full medicine and stop the coq10 and msm?

Dear friend,
Welcome to Health Care Magic

Yes
Medicines should never be stopped or changed without the concurrence of the treating physician
See your Internist / get yourself examined / at times, basic investigation may be necessary...
Dizziness may or may not be related / and could be from Ear, needing separate investigations...

Take care
Wishing all well
God bless
