What Causes Dizzy Spell And Shaky Feeling?

hi had a spell this afternoon when i felt shaky nervous and sick after eating chicken and rice, calmed down 20 minutes later just a an all bran cereal now i can feel a shaky feeling again in my arms and legs, had blood test a few weeks ago what was just on the border of high, 1 am 53, 5.5. and have recenty started treatment for high blood pressure
