What Causes Dizzy Spells Along With Nausea?
My friend is 78years old .she called tonight and said she has been dizzy and so nauseous she can t even drink her coffee. In the past she has had trouble with her pancreas. That s been 10 years ago. She is on oxygen for COPD. Also on thyroid medication .

If she can't drink fluids she'll be dehydrated quickly and the dizziness may be from that
