General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Postoperative dribbling indicates a narrowing of the urethra with the involvement of internal urethral sphincter hampering the urination control in its possible mechanics.

In my clinic, I do recommend ascending urethrogram and diagnostic cystoscopy to further lookout in the matter and solution accordingly.

Till that time, drink more liquids to avoid secondary bacterial infection of the urinary tract.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
