What Causes Dribbling Urine After Urinating?

Hey, So feeling like I have to urinate after I have already been to the bathroom and feeling like I am dribbling a bit after I have been. Sometimes I feel like I am leaking but when I check I am not. No pain or other symptoms. Relatively strong pelvic floor muscles. Recently had a sti panel done to make sure it is not that, blood/urine came back negative. Starting to get worrying and the more I think and worry the more I notice it. Embarrassing Not sure how to proceed?

This appear that you have urinary urgency which could be present in over active bladder. Meet a urologist. He may ask for urine examination and ultrasound
