What Causes Drifting Of Mouth Towards Left?

I have a 34months old, I noticed his mouth drift to the left when he talks, laugh, cries, eats, open his mouth wide etc which was on like him. He can t tell if it hurts or not. I checked the inside and I realized it s swollen, please help I m worried.

Hi...by what you quote this looks like a facial palsy. This is also called Bells Palsy. I suggest you get him examined by your pediatrician immediately or take him to the nearest emergency room as soon as possible as it has a propensity to progress and there be a complete neurological examination done.
